Cut Lengths
We are happy to refund any fabric returned to us in its original condition. Please examine the material for flaws/faults before cutting to ensure that it is to your satisfaction.
We will endeavour to fill your order using one continuous length of fabric. However, depending on your order quantity and the fabric we have in stock it may not always be possible to fulfil your order from 1 roll of fabric. If this is the case we will contact you and offer you either the option of waiting for a new delivery or having cuts of fabric dictated by your individual requirements.
Please note that claims cannot be accepted for any fault after the fabric has been cut. We would receommend that you thoroughly inspect both sides of the fabric and hold it up against the light if necessary to ensure that it is to your satsifaction before commencing with cutting. This does not affect your statutory rights.
