Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to be pleased with your purchase, if for any reason this is not the case. Please follow the procedure below. If you need help, please call us on 01202 703 703 (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm) and we will be happy to assist.
Ensure that you retain all packaging and that the items are kept in original condition.
With curtains, the header tapes must not be pulled.
Within 7 days of delivery, contact our Customer Services on 01202 703 703 to obtain a returns number. It is important that you contact us as we may not be able to provide a refund if your goods are received outside of the 7 day window.
Arrange for the return of your goods, including all packaging and clearly labelled with the returns number, to:

Web sales cannot be returned via one of our branches.
You will need to make your own arrangements to return the goods to us once you have obtained a Returns Authorisation number from Customer Services. Please enclose a copy of your delivery note with an indication of which item you are returning and ensure that the package is clearly marked with the Returns number. Please also indicate the reason for your return so that we can direct it to the necessary department.
Upon receipt of your goods we will inspect them for fault. The No Quibble Guarantee will apply if the goods were received by us within 7 days of you receiving a returns number. Also the goods need to be in original condition or for there to be a manufacturing fault. We will contact you and let you know the results of our inspection where necessary to do so.
In the case of faulty goods you will be offered your money back, a direct replacement (subject to availability) or a suitable alternative. There may be an additional cost or a refund for an alternative should there be a difference in price. The choice of which option to choose will be entirely your own.
Unless we consider that a manufacturing fault exists, we will not refund the cost of delivery and return postage and packing.
Should you disagree with the results of our inspection, you should refer to the section on Resolution of Disputes.
Your statutory rights are not affected by this Returns Policy and Procedure.
Please note that this policy applies only to readymade products that have not been altered in any way. Our usual returns policy does not apply to Made to Measure products or customised goods.
